At our April Food & Mood Meeting, Coach Ashley is helping you prepare yourself for spring and supporting you with a clean health overhaul. At this session, you'll learn more about why toxins build up, where they come from, what can cause them to overload the body, and how this affects your hormones. Coach Ashley will also provide demonstrations/guidance on tools for detoxification such as dry brushing, castor oil packs, teas, raw carrot salad, and more!
